About: Cannock Chase Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

Further to my pre-op visit and my subsequent visit for the operation the next day with the surgeon Mr Raine and his team.

The operation was a great success and I would like to state that he and his staff were very attentive and in fact everyone I came in contact with were the same.

Thank you all for the service and attention I received.
