(as the patient),

Annette, Senior Cardio Physiologist at Hairmyres Hospital East Kilbride dealt with my inquiry in a superb way. She contacted me personally by telephone within a day or two of receiving my letter and then contacted the manufacturer of my pacemaker on my behalf and also my own local hospital to refer me on.

Wonderful service from this lady who is a credit to the NHS.
