"Sons removal of appendix"

About: The James Cook University Hospital

My son was admitted on Friday 6th April and as I didn't know the hospital I went to A and E. The receptionist noticed that my son was struggling to walk so left what she was doing and got a wheel chair and sent us to the correct area of the hospital. Once there he was seen to immediately and given a bed on ward 22 paediatric surgery.

He was operated on the morning of 7th April and made quick recovery for release on the 8th.

All staff were brilliant and first class.
