"Not the standard of care I expect "

About: Ashley House / Substance Misuse Service

(as the patient),

I was in the cdt today and I could plainly here 2 keyworkers discussing another client who knew quite well, talking about HEPC results.

I found this to be quite disturbing as what if they were disscussing myself and someone overheard this. Not the standard of care I expect from keyworkers at Ashley House.

Thank you for drawing our attention to this. Confidentiality is of the highest priority at Ashley house and we take it very seriously when this standard has not been met.

Can I assure you that this will be addressed via a review of conferencing procedures and we shall ensure that this issue will be high on the agenda at the next team meeting. In addition it will be discussed in clinical supervision with all staff.
