(as a service user),

We had tests done to find out the cause of our infertility and then IUI carried out. 

Our consultant (Dr Kumar) is so approachable and informative. Really supportive and encouraging when we didn’t meet the criteria at first. 

All the nursing staff are really supportive and help you at every stage. I had a complete needle phobia before starting treatment and they were always supportive and above all patient. 

The scans can be embarrassing but the staff completely put you at ease and keep you dignified (well as much as the scans ever are). 

Amazing team making dreams come true....and if treatment doesn’t go to plan they’re there with empathy and information that you need).

Your comment regarding staff being supportive and patient is what we strive to do every day. Staff are very aware that having infertility treatment can be a very anxious time and I am really pleased that your experience has been very positive.
