"Terrible practice"

I think this practice is so badly run I never feel like I have been listened to. You get told different answers from different people. You never get to see the same doctor in fact you only ever see F2 doctors.

You can’t get an appointment unless you want to wait 4 weeks. There is no continuity in care. I don’t know when they have appointments or how many doctors are on in one day but you very rarely see anyone waiting.

When I take my mother to her doctors the waiting room is always full.

I think because you have to wait so long for an appointment people are booking them in case they need it and I think I will start doing the same at least that way you get to see one of the regular gps.

The phone system is rubbish how can they be having a high call volume every day all day. I rang one day was told I was caller number one and it still took them 26 mins to answer when I asked them why it took so long I was told that is the NHS for you I could not believe what she said.

This practice needs a good shake up I would not recommend it.
