Hi there

I also think our team in Cambridge is excellent too. The staffing levels are currently lower than what we would want. We have replaced where we can but we are still a bit short. We have tried to put temporary staff in place too. The local managers are working through this to ensure the same high quality service is delivered. You may know we are going through a retendering process so we will be able to be a bit clearer when the outcome of that is finalized.
