My experience of the above department is shocking, I put complaints in requesting to see another consultant and they are now refusing me treatment and have closed my file. So if you are at all unhappy with a service I suggest that you just ask to be re-referred to another hospital.
I have been left with a swollen and useless hand by them as well. .
