We live in France and are in our 80s. We have had a lot of experience of English and French hospitals.
Our daughter was successfully operated on by Mr Lovell and I had reason to telephone your reception for information after the operation. I was astonished by the professional way I was treated, being offered contact with the ward etc.
I cannot understand why it has become a cult to knock the health service. Brits need to have experience of the French MESS of a service.
"High quality of reception and communication"
