Attended with dislocated thumb. Staff Ellie, Emma, Duncan, radiographers x2 and receptionists were fabulous. Thank you for your kindness.
only other comment - I don't think the A&E adult waiting area is the right environment for poorly children.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us.I hope all is well with you now and I will pass on your thanks to the staff mentioned.
We do try and encourage all parents with children to wait in the separate childrens waiting room as I agree it is not ideal for them in the main waiting room.
