"Throat surgery"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I recently had surgery to remove & repair a Zencker's diverticulum / pharangeal pouch. The pouch was large and required open surgery.

I want to place on record my thanks and appreciation for everything to everyone involved - theatre, surgical, ward and support staff. I am so grateful for their skill, attention, professionalism and, above all, kindness and humanity.

Thank you ENT and ward C25.
