"Unable to get an appointment"

About: Westmoreland GP Centre

I am disgusted with the surgery. My 6 week old daughter is in need of an appointment as she is in pain with a nappy rash and to be told you must ring back tomorrow at 8am is so frustrating, but on top of that to then ring back at exactly 8am the following morning and after 10 minutes of waiting we get through to a receptionist who tells us there are now no appointments left for the day. It is an absolute disgrace, they need to get a grip of there appointment system NOW.

Dear Patient,

I sorry that you have felt the need to complain via this online platform.

The practice has a policy where we will always see children of a certain age in any circumstance. Could you please contact the practice immediately to be booked in for an appointment to see a clinician today.
