What I liked

Nothing on the A and E Ward. No communications with relatives and little information.

What could be improved

I was losing my temper as when I tried to find out info about Dad they were just ignoring me as if I wasn't there. I was very tired and exhausted as well. As my Father got dementia which makes things even worse. The staff need to speak to relatives and make the time. More respect is needed as after all, relatives are just as much stressed as the patient, some times more so.

Anything else?

When my Father showed up in the A and E at this hospital, I found this rather erratic and rushed. When I tried to ask information no one was listening to me, found some rather rude which got my temper up, as I was very tired and had rushed from the other side of London as well. I had to chase them around the ward of A and E to get any info at all. They say they come and talk to you and no one comes.
