I'd like to pay a compliment re. the treatment and after care experience I received after a recent hospital visit in Feb 2018.
I attended an outpatient clinic at Monklands Hospital to see Dr Rugg-Gunn.
The calm reassuring manner and courtesy I received and the ease I felt during my examination was itself worthy of praise and feedback. However, I then a received a feedback letter just today. OK it was a tad overdue you could say and to be honest I wasn't expecting to be cc'd in on the letter to my GP but again the tone of the letter and simple choice of words was tremendous.
Based on my experience this young man is a credit to himself, his family and to the NHS. We are very lucky to have him in NHS Lanarkshire and I hope and trust he is well appreciated by NHS management.
