"Staff lovely"

I have sat in this surgery and watched whilst patient are abusive and demanding to staff. I find this appalling. My previous surgery in this area was awful compared to this practice. I could not get an appointment or even get through. It is clear that surgeries in this area are under pressure and staff are only trying to do there best. I personally have experienced great service from the staff and GPs and I for one appreciate all they do.
