About: Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital / Paediatric Assessment Unit (Children's Assessment Unit)

(as a carer),

We were recently admitted to Pau with my daughter. What should have been a really stressful time for us, was made so much better by the fantastic nursing team in the unit. We couldn’t fault the amazing care we received and thankfully our daughter is on the mend. I would like to say a special thanks to Christie the student nurse who was fantastic with my daughter! Keep up the good work guys, you provide amazing care even if you are incredibly busy! !

Hi JustAMummy (although as a mummy I very much doubt you are just this)

Thank you so much for taking the time to give feedback following your daughter's admission to the assessment unit and am very glad to hear that she is on the mend.

The staff work very hard to provide the highest standards of care but it is always lovely for them to receive feedback confirming this from the families using the service as this gives them such a boost.

I will ensure that Christie and the staff personally receive your feedback
