My mum spent one year and nine months at Wyndford Locks. She has now sadly passed away. I found all staff very caring and understanding. There were a number of difficult family issues but the carers managed this very sensitively and always ensured that mum received optimal care. Mum was laughing and singing the last time I saw her at the home. She joked with staff and enjoyed her meals and cups of tea. She certainly had fantastic quality of life during her stay at Wyndford Locks.
