"Children with a rash"

About: Preston Road Surgery

Extremely disappointed with the two new reception staff (one who is on their personal phone and the other who does not listen )Both my children were suspected to have chicken pox/ rash and doctor failed to follow up on a telephone call after I called to state that I missed the call which was missed due to the doctor calling 5 mins before closing for three hours in the day.

On the 2nd day still no phone call and was advised to go to Wembley walk in centre as no appointments available but not allowed to bring my daughter into surgery. So it was perfectly ok for the walk in centre to have my child who may have chicken pox but not my local doctors. Utterly disappointed with this service and will be complaining formally.
