"Shocking"

Don't bother registering with this surgery. Absolutely shocking. My comments aren't about the doctors, but the reception staff who refuse to give appointments to children. Refused an appointment for my baby who was having breathing difficulties, and 3 times this week have refused to give an appointment to my 4 year old who has a severe skin infection. Rude does not cover it, so disrespectful and unhelpful. I will be filing an official complaint and moving to a doctors surgery that actually cares about my children's health and well being.

I've tried and tried for months to get help from this surgery and have never been given an appointment for my children... Ridiculous.
