"Excellent innovation respect care..."

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) (London)

What I liked

From the moment I entered the Fracture Clinic, I was treated with nothing but friendliness, kindness and respect from the warm greeting at reception, staff nurses and doctors. My treatment was swiftly carried out and very professionally performed. At no time did I feel not included in my treatment. The clinic was clean friendly and warm. The service excellent and speedy. The care offered certainly aided my 'wellbeing and recovery'.

What could be improved

One small improvement might be a hot drinks machine.

Anything else?

All my three visits to fracture clinic ran smoothly. I am now free from wearing a plaster caste and looking forward to restarting my ballet classes for the 60+
