"Surgical Assessment Unit"

I would like to congratulate with the Chief Executive as I had a brilliant experience last week. I had belly ache, sent by my GP to A&E which was very caotic I was moved to Alan Apley straight away . I was welcomed by a very nice smiling receptionist. I had to wait literally 3 minutes only before being seen by a very charming surgical consultant and his team. I was examined as I never had in my life, felt reassured to be in such capable hands . Before going home, whilts awaiting for my drugs the Consultant came to see me and offered a cup of tea and biscuits, what a great service our NHS!
