From the lady at the main reception to the team carrying out my procedure, they couldn’t have been more helpful or professional, all went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed.
The lady at the main reception in the health village was welcoming and helped show me in the right direction on where I needed to be.
The lady at the reception for the endoscopy department was friendly polite and helpful.
When I was time to be taken one of the nurses, Clare, came and took me through and straight away asked how I was feeling and put me to ease, spoke through the procedure I was in for and other formalities, polite and professional at all times.
When it came to my procedure Mr Scrimgeour asked me some questions and took me through to the treatment room where there was 3 nurses (I didn’t catch their names) but all of the team made me feel at ease, all professional and spoke to me throughout the procedure and a times making me laugh, there was also the offer of squeezing a hand when the pain got a bit much.
I couldn’t thank the team enough for all that they did to put me at ease, they certainly are a credit to NHS Grampian.
