"Good first impression and hoping this..."

What I liked

I had a pelvic and abdominal scan. The technician was very good and put me at ease. She answered all my questions.

What could be improved

I had a blood test but ended up with the biggest bruise I think I've ever had. It took 10 days to clear up. Could the technician be more careful?

Anything else?

Generally, I thought the hospital looked clean and staff looked friendly.
