"Going to assessment appointment"

About: City Health Care Partnership CIC / Primary psychological and wellbeing services

(as the patient),

Got my confirmation through text for this appointment

Went for this appointment to be told no one was there to see me, the receptionist rang the let's talk service to be told they had given me the wrong place to go to and that it was the other side of town.

I had to cancel this appointment to be told the next one available was the end of April.

Not happy at all as I imagine no one likes going to these appointments and to be told they got it wrong and I won't be seen for another month and half it's a joke.
