"The most amazing care and treatment"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

Once into the system I have been given the most amazing care and treatment and has been mentioned by other patients meeting and discussing with people that have similar problems is a great help. At the moment am trying to teach my wife to fuss over me to the same extent that the NHS has been doing sadly she is not responding! !

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and it is good to know that you have received excellent care and treatment.

I apologise if it has taken some time for you to receive treatment, however it is good to know that you have now been able to meet and talk to other patients with similar problems which is a comfort to you.

I am sure your wife is looking after you well and providing a first class service!

I have passed on your kind comments to the Service Manager where they will be gratefully appreciated and shared with the staff involved in your care.
