(as a relative),

Following a stroke my mother spent 3 days on ward 23 at Heartlands hospital and the care she received was fantastic.   Every single member of the ward staff treated her (and us) with the upmost dignity and care, and as busy as they were, they always had time for us. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts and from all the family.  My mother was admitted in early March.

It is lovely to read such positive comments, as I appreciate it would have been a very worrying time, as your mother had suffered a stroke.
