"Great staff attitude"

During the heavy snowfalls at the beginning of March, my wife had to attend for a procedure. We were so impressed by the attitude of the staff to the difficult transport conditions. Some had walked miles to get to work, others had brought in sleeping bags so that they could continue to provide service. Superb.
