About: Tasburgh Lodge Surgery

I registered with this practice several months ago and that was the last I heard from them.

No blood pressure check, weight - nothing. If they had even bothered to access my notes they would have discovered the last blood pressure reading was high but my previous GP took the reading whilst I was in a in a lot of pain due to temporary unforeseen back problem. Following this I monitored my own blood pressure which was good for my age.

Do they do any health promotion such as checking for prostate cancer. If so I must be at the bottom of a very long list.

Many thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Please could you kindly contact Jackie Rotherham (Practice Manager) so we can look into the patient details and investigate what has happened.

We are more than happy to address this problem, but need to be personally contacted in order to resolve.
