"Appalling treatment from this hospital"

About: King's Mill Hospital / Rheumatology

I phoned the hospital on the 1st March to find out when my next Rhematology appointment was as I had not recieved an appointment letter and was told the 17th April.

Imagine my surprise when I get a letter saying that I missed my appointment on the 7th March and now I have been kicked out of the clinic.

Appalling that the appointments line can't even get a date correct and now I am having my hospital prescribed medication suspended as I am no longer under this clinic.

Stay away from this appalling hospital.
