My case was dealt with between the Royal United Hospital Bath and the Southmead Hospital Bristol.I was dealt with smoothly, efficiently and with compassion. My options and choices were clearly explained to me and I was fully involved In the decision-making process that resulted in my procedures. At the hospital on the day and during my recovery after my procedure I was treated with both dignity and kindness. The quality of care was excellent. Follow on visits and reviews were dealt with efficiently and promptly.
The whole team worked well together and were highly professional.
