What I liked

The A&E doctor that finally realised that my uncle had been waiting in A&E for 4hrs before being seen by anybody was outragious and that he would look into why it had happened

What could be improved

Cleanliness of A&E

Responce from the doctors/nurses and also all Staff

Rate at which treatment was issued

Anything else?

I am absolutly disgusted with LRI. I would not recommend to anybody to go here if you can help it.

The staff are rude, unhelpful, disorganised, not interested in patient waiting times.

Will have patients waiting in A&E for hrs before anybody will come and see you.

It is a good job my uncle was not having a heart attack ot any internal problems as the hospital would be in a law suit by now with how they leave an 82yr old man, who was found on the floor and had been there for 4days, didnt offer a drink as he was so dehydrated, given a bed gown (not put on when he couldnt move) no treatment was administered for 5hrs.

Poor poor hospital
