What I liked

i was in hospital for a operation and was very very happy in the care by all the staff before and after my operation. all the staff answered all my questions and looked after me very well . id also like to thank the doctor for doing such a great job . and a very big thank you to all the staff in the recovery section who looked after me after my operation . cant thank you all enough . kind regards mr stuart dare

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such kind comments about your time at the L&D and we are very pleased to hear your experience was such a positive one. Your feedback has been passed onto the consultant as well as the staff on the ward involved in your care. As a day case ward, the staff are extremely busy with a quick turnaround of patients yet endeavour to provide the highest level of care from pre-assessment right through to recovery and discharge.
