"Respectful, friendly and caring service..."

What I liked

The staff were all very friendly. I noticed how they calmed jangled nerves and took personal interest in the people in their care. They always kept me (and others) informed about what they were doing and what was going to happen next. My procedure was set for 14:00 and at that exact time I was called.

The surgeon was very friendly and respectful and again kept me informed to what was going on. He sometimes used well placed humour to ease the atmosphere. Classical music was playing in the background again making the procedure less stressful.

In all the respect, friendliness and good time-keeping of staff was in my view excellent.
