What I liked
Being referred to Great Ormond Street.
What could be improved
Everything, and that isn't even an exaggeration. The staff I met were rude and I've had to wait well over four hours for a booked appointment only to find out that the reception staff had forgotten about me. This has happened on more than one occasion. The was not in the least somewhat healthy and the doctors I have met were incompetent for lack of a better word.
