"Reception staff are not helpful what so ever..."

Come in Friday to get a repeat prescription and still waiting for the repeat . I had to collect from boots and it's now Thursday and still no prescription and had to phone doctors 3 times and respection staff all very rude and don't seem to want to help and it's not as if thay haven't got enough staff thay had 4 behind the counter and still looked unhelpful

I would not recommend this surgery what so ever . I will be getting a new surgery asap and so will my partner
