"Review"

Whitchurch is overall a brilliant surgary, the GP's are very friendlly and helpful. Through they do seem to be under gaurd and access ro them is very difficult as have go through the reception team who i feel need course on customer services.

The telephone triage system operational ok is okay and least cuts down the number of patients wating for an appointment in the surgary and doctoes manage appointments them selfs for on day and will slot yu in if need bring you in. But i did prefer the system rang at around 8 am and u was given appintment time

Using the phone to call get call back af 8 am u got no hope u spend 20 mins almast pressing redial 😡
