I was experiencing some difficulties with my mental health, namely OCD/anxiety/low mood. The service arranged an assessment as soon as possible and I undertook a program of CBT at a local venue. All of the staff and the therapist looked after me in a professional and understanding manner and helped me to feel comfortable and not in anyway daunted by the prospect of having to deal with my issues.
