"Two unplanned visits in one week"

Due to lack of GP appointments due the Beast from the East, my 80 year old mum needed assessment and treatment for her chest infection and skin complaint on her leg. She was seen quickly due to her age on both occasions. The staff were excellent in explaining what the issues were and treatment commenced without delay. Staff contacted my mum’s GP to push for review in a few days, without the staffs support I doubt we would have been given an appointment without their help. Thank you
