"C25 - lovely team of staff, caring,..."

What I liked

I stayed for 2 nights on C25 after a road traffic accident and the staff were very kind, friendly and caring. The nursing staff, volunteers, domestic staff and the lovely lady who brought me a coffee each morning were really lovely and made what was a frightening and painful time for me a whole lot more bearable.

What could be improved

Waiting around in A&E took so long and if my husband hadn't been with me, I would have spend long periods alone ina cubicle strapped to a spinal board etc, very frightened, anxious and in pain.
