"Grateful for surgery to remove thymus"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Thoracic surgery

(as a service user),

I would like to thank the surgeon Dr Kalkat and his registrar for the surgery I underwent in August last year. Also to the theatre staff who made me feel at ease.

I understand from my GP that the surgery was very complicated indeed and I am grateful for the skill and care of the surgeon and registrar.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding the treatment you received under the care of Mr Kalkat and his team at Heartlands Hospital in August 2017.

It is lovely to read such positive comments, especially as your GP informed you that the surgery was very complicated.
