What I liked

The outstanding care by ALL the staff in C3, They are a credit to their profession. My sincere thanks to them for getting me through my operation (rad neph) and the after care both in house and the care by the team afterwards.The food was good and helped me to regain my strength. Well done to all!

What could be improved

Car sparking for visitors. Stopping people gathering around the entrance - smoking.

Thank-you for your positive feedback regarding your experience at North Manchester General Hospital.

We will forward your comments to the appropriate manager on C3 for his attention and to pass on to the rest of his team.

In regard to your comments on car parking, we will pass these on to our Facilities Department. The issue of smoking around hospital entrances has recently been addressed by the Trust with the creation of no smoking zones at entrances. The Trust has also asked local MPs and councillors to support their campaign for a change in the law to make its hospital and grounds fully non-smoking areas.
