"Hip Replacement with SPAIRE"

About: Grantham & District Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

Had my hip done under a new consultant in Grantham, and he used the SPAIRE hip replacement for me, it is now 4 weeks since the surgery, I am ready to go back to work tomorrow, it is amazing. My brother told me he had to wait for 6 months before going back to work (but it was 4 years ago), can't believe how quickly I recovered. Great hospital, THANK YOU, for giving me my life back.

He has successfully treated UK premiership footballers for muscle injuries which significantly reduced their time for recovery and return to play. Mr Lee offer patients innovative options to treat arthritis.

Hi,

SPAIRE is a tendon saving surgical technique for hip replacement which offers fast recovery and stability to patients. I was trained by the inventor of the Exeter hip replacement with this great technique.
