"Rapid friendly treatment"

I recently had a serious problem with my eye - inflamation of the eyelid and pain. I telephoned St Pauls Surgery and explained the symptoms and my concerns to the triage nurse who made me feel respected and listened to immediately. I was invited to go to see the same nurse within 3 hours who took the time to find out not just about the problem but about me as a person. She was incredibly sympathetic and diagnosed the condition immediately and with the confirmation of one of the GPs prescribed a course of antibiotics.

This surgery is excellent and credit where credit is due at a time of NHS resource stretching St Paul's does a superb job. Not only do they give excellent advice and service but they are wonderful at making you feel part of the family. I cannot fault them and have been with the practice for 35 years.
