"Awful, awful, awful!"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

What I liked

Ambulance came to my work pretty fast.

What could be improved

I had an accident at work and damaged my back. I couldn't move, raise my hands, etc. Ambulance came to my work and took me to the hospital, where I had to wait over 2 hours to be diagnosed. I do not complain because of that, because I do understand that emergency serivce are quite busy... But after I was called in, the doctor examined wrong side of my back! And said I have a torn muscle and I shouldn't worry about it too much. She gave my Ibuprofen and send me home... I told her that I do not have mobile or cash for a bus, because I left my purse at work, and she just shrugged her shoulders... I had to walk across the Manchester to get to work. Needless to say it was an awful experience, I was never examined so badly, and my back still hurts!
