"Cant ever get an appointment!"

I have tried for a number of weeks to get an appointment, i can never get through on the phones, i tried calling at 8:30 but the phones did not activate until 8:34 at which point it was constantly engaged and just hangs up on you! Whats is wrong with a call waiting system.

I once physically walked into the surgery after my little boy split his eye open, it was obvious that blood was pouring from his face but I still had to que to be told there are no appointments, nobody made an effort to come and see him.

Every time i need them and i end up having to self medicate which is not good enough! The surgery closes for lunch between 1-2 who does that these days! What's wrong with staggered shift work!

This place is a joke, im moving surgeries I have had enough! The only person who is any good are the nurse practitioners - they always get you sorted once you can finally get an appointment.

And they wonderer why so many people go to A&E for stupid meaningless issues!
