(as the patient),

Within the last few   months I have had a Ptosis repair with Mr Knapp and his wonderful   Team and last week I had an endoscopy   again a wonderful   Team. Everyone   from the receptionist   all the way to nurses porters consultants etc were marvellous   . They   are all very busy but still took the time to be reassuring   and professionall, I had my follow up appointment   from my ptosis today and again a wonderful   Team. Thank you all very much hospital visits are not always   pleasant occasions   but when the staff are pleasant and   ..reassuring   it makes such a difference   .

Thank you for taking time to post your feedback, it is very reassuring to hear that the staff in Endoscopy helped reassure you and made you feel comfortable whilst in the unit. Visits to Endoscopy do cause concern to patients due to the nature of the procedures that are undertaken and knowing that all staff help with that is very good to hear.

I will make sure that staff are aware of your comments and once again many thanks
