"The worse hospital I have ever been too"

About: North Middlesex Hospital

What I liked

my father nearly dies in north middlesex acu unit, lucky we made complaints and got my father moved out and taken to royal free hospital.

in north middlesex the nurses just leave patients screaming out for help. i witnessed loads of times patients calling out and a nurse stood infront of this patient reading a paper.

the other time a patient had colapsed and fell from hes bed 5minutes later your incompitent nurses came.

your nurses have no idea they are just walking around doing nothing, we was told nothing about my father and hes condition. my fathers bed was stained with blood for 2 days the nurse came and coverd the blood stain sheet i had a go at her until she changed my fathers bed. disgusted i am of this hospital and its staff.

your nurses are unaware of what they are doing, i see a student nurse who had forgotten to give a patients medication and the nurse had told her off.

best thing we done is take my dad out of this filthy hospital with untrained staff and doctors.

i have made complaints to the ombidsmun also regarding the lack of care my dad recieved. disgusting hospital would never recommend this hospital to my worse enemy, take note people and dont get treated there.

What could be improved

new staff, new doctors, cleaner wards, fresh water without bits in the water. blood stained items to be wiped and not left.

Anything else?

disgusted with your treatment and care you gave my father, your nurses are not trained enough they have no clue what they are doing, some dont even understand english. why is it my father has come back to life not even a day in royal free hospital. i will seek legal advise as i have heard too many complaints from others regarding this hospital,
