What I liked

I was given undivided attention by the consultant and nurse, not just a number.

Occasionally the clinic is running late,but I have never heard anyone complain,we know we will be getting the best treatment when it's our turn, not just " your five minutes is up ",he gives his time in abundance, when needed.

What could be improved
