I was quite nervous about having this procedure but I knew I had to have it soon as I walked into the hospital I was made at ease from the porters at the main entrance to the nurses on day care department you are all amazing and thankyou so much for looking after me there are so many to thank x

Thank you very much for taking the time to contact the Trust in relation to the care and treatment you received during your recent admission for knee day surgery. I trust you are recovering well and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your extremely kind words regarding the care you received from all the staff in the Day Treatment Unit at Freeman Hospital. We understand that coming into hospital for a procedure can be stressful and unnerving and we are delighted to hear that the staff in the Unit were able to put you at your ease on your arrival.

It is always extremely pleasing to receive such positive comments like this, which provides us with reassurance that our services meet the high standards we consistently strive for. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with Sister Caise, Senior Sister at the Day Treatment Unit, to forward onto all her staff.
