About: Musgrove Park Hospital / General Outpatients

(as the patient),

I had major surgery on my ear in Day Surgery. Regardless of the fact i am staff I was treated no different and received 100% patient care treatment. From Pam at reception, Theresa who looked after me all day there was another lovely young lady with dark hair I cannot recall her name. Your staff were attentive, continuously checking I was OK, and certainly put the patient first.

Simon listened to my fears, understood I was anxious and did a fantastic job at keeping me calm. Mr Drysdale what a fantastic surgeon, kept me informed throughout and came to see me before he left, I'm so grateful to you all and please pass this on.

Outstanding service, professional, kind, considerate.....the list goes on....

Thankyou for helping through such a nervous time :)
